Non-Discrimination Statement

The governing board of The Resonance Lab school located at 5000 YMCA Drive in Cincinnati, Ohio 45242 has adopted the following racial nondiscriminatory policies.

The Resonance Lab school recruits and admits students of any race, color or ethnic origin to all its rights, privileges, programs and activities. In addition, the school will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, employment, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school administered programs.

The Resonance Lab school will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or ethnic origin in the hiring of its certified or non-certified personnel.

In addition, The Resonance Lab admits students of any religion, gender, sexual orientation, or ability to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school, and does not discriminate on those bases in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, or other school-administered programs.
