Andrea Ewan

Treasurer of the Board, appointed to the Board in 2025

Andrea S. Ewan is a sole practitioner at Ewan Law Office and President of Dearborn Title Insurance, Inc. in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. She primarily focuses her law practice on real estate, estate, and business law matters, while also being the sole examiner for Dearborn Title. Andrea graduated from Miami University with a major in Management Information Systems, and gained practical experience working as an Information Systems Auditor for The Kroger Co. directly out of college. Andrea returned to school in 2004 as a part time student, and while working full time, completed her Juris Doctorate from Salmon P. Chase College of Law and also a Masters of Business Administration from Northern Kentucky University. Andrea is a Past President of the Indiana Land Title Association and current member of the Government Affairs Committee and Convention Committee. Andrea is admitted to practice law in Indiana and is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association. She is incredibly active in local community activities, and just finished serving her third term as Chairperson of the Dearborn County Chamber of Commerce, co-founded the Dearborn County Young Professionals, co-founded TheCommunity Project, Inc., and is still active in those organizations today. Andrea resides in Aurora, Indiana with her fiancé, Chris Wolfe, and his oldest son, Connor. In her spare time, you can find Andrea at karaoke, baking, golfing, or on the water at Lake Cumberland.

With 25 years of experience in education, I have served as a teacher, coach, athletic director, and administrator across all three educational levels—elementary, middle, and high school—in three different states: South Carolina, Arizona, and Ohio.

Professional Highlights and Achievements:

 • Multi-conference Coach of the Year award recipient in Wrestling and Girls’ Golf (South Carolina)

 • State Coach of the Year in Wrestling and Girls’ Golf (South Carolina)

 • North-South All-Star Coach for Wrestling (South Carolina)

 • Rookie State Athletic Director of the Year (Arizona)

 • Co-Chair/Administrator, Madison Levy Committee (2016) — Led the successful passage of the first levy in over 30 years for Madison Local Schools (Ohio)

Allison Nielson

Secretary of the Board, appointed to the Board in 2025

Principal, Paradise Honors Elementary School (Grades 3–5)

Allison Nielsen has been a dedicated member of the Paradise Honors Elementary School in Surprise, Arizona for the past 24 years. She began her career with Paradise Schools as a 4th-grade teacher before transitioning into the role of Curriculum Instructional Specialist. For the past 16 years, she has served as the Principal for grades 3–5, where she continues to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and student-centered learning. 

Mrs. Nielsen earned her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Dakota in 1997 and her Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Arizona State University in 2011.

A passionate advocate for innovation in education, Mrs. Nielsen is proud to support the launch of the Resonance Lab. Mrs. Nielsen believes the Resonance Lab will serve as a catalyst for transforming instructional practices, empowering both students and educators to engage in meaningful, future-ready learning experiences that extend beyond the classroom.
